Inside and out, we are all made from the same cloth, the same material, and connect through one love, heart and soul.

This fact makes helping each other both a selfless and self-loving act at the same time. Every act of kindness is done back unto us, automatically. Karma is not judgment coming down upon us from some personality with endless free time and little else to do but issue out punishment and reward. Instead, it is a natural law of cause and effect. If you bump your toe, it hurts for a while. Acting unto others is the same as acting unto yourself, that is an age old secret. When we act out of our own free will and choice in the world, it is affecting our collective body and each other. We create who we are and what we feel and experience with our lives and deeds. When we help each other, we help ourselves, and the same goes for hurt. We can feel each others joy and happiness and cause goodness to each other, and then feel the rewards of that ourselves as well.

When I originally commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get several e-mails with the same comment. Is there any way you can remove people from that service? Cheers!
