The past allows us to learn through experience, the present to choose how we want to be, think, and feel, and the future to see down a direction, plan ahead, and to be able to foresee any obstacles and dangers. Change is a gift that occurs through time, it allows us to take responsibility instead of feeling trapped in yesterday (or tomorrow). We have the power to change the present and future (and some yogis and masters say even the past) with the use of our will; we constantly affect the cells of our bodies, emotions and brains with our thoughts and intentions. Creativity is a gift that helps us solve problems that are unique to each individual. Physical things like our bodies, minds and circumstances are temporary, and yet our souls that breathe our air and beat our hearts are unbreakable and eternal. They were here before our bodies were here and they’ll be here after they are gone as well. We may feel like we have missed opportunities in the past that affect us negatively, but we can instead use these experiences as helpful tools to be reminded to not miss them again. The way to do this is to be mindful, and to be grateful. And to be kind, and to see good qualities in others and life.

I’m really ejioynng the theme/design of your weblog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A handful of my blog audience have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any suggestions to help fix this issue?|I am curious to find out what blog system you’re utilizing? I’m experiencing some minor security problems with my latest website and I’d like to find something more risk-free. Do you have any recommendations?

Para piorar a si£ÃÃa§uto, o acesso ao passadiço e à vista sobre a Baixa é de entrada livre, quando se acede através do Largo do Carmo. No fundo, apenas se paga a apertada viagem de elevador. O resto é de borla 😉

I did the “why” thing for a good length of time. It was only when I began cognitive therapy and also became more mindful, that I could switch it to a concrete “what”. Now when I look around and see exndaorritary amounts of catastrophic suffering, I can try to put my suffering into perspective and keeping working my “get better” plan. Thanks for your great site. You inspire me.
